Chocolate Blood Orange Ganache

This recipe was featured at our last Food and Wine Pairing and paired perfectly with Field Recordings Petit Sirah.

4 Tablespoons of We Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Sea salt
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup heavy cream (Replace with Almond Milk for a lighter dessert)
Raspberry to garnish
Directions: In a large bowl, combine chocolate and Olive Oil.
In a microwave safe bowl add salt and cream and microwave for 4 minutes. Immediately pour cream over chocolate and let stand 1 minute. Stir gently until chocolate melts and mixture is completely smooth. Pour chocolate into ramekins or martini glass. Chill for 30 min can be made day before.Photo Feb 13, 9 05 44 PM
