 We Olive Cooking Demonstrations feature exciting & easy-to-make recipes for the beginner in the kitchen, or an advanced foodie, with a featured wine pairing created by Chef Lauren Mahlke from Olive To Eat Catering. Each month will have a different theme with a 4- course tasting menu and a taste of wine with 2 courses.

  1. Do you teach different dishes each class or do you teach the same dishes for each class with the same theme? So if we attended every Italian theme class, we’d learn something new every time?

    1. Since our classes are an intimate 10 to 15 guest per class we offer the same menu/theme. So I would recommend only reserving for Different themes/menus since they will feature the same recipe.
