When entertaining I like to have something for my guests to munch on right when they walk in the door. Choose a lighter bean crostini to switch out for a frequently seen cheese topped crostini. I love this bold flavor yet simple recipe serve on top of your favorite toasted bread my favorite is ciabatta.

1 can drained butter beans, can also use cannellini beans
1 tablespoon We Olive Green Olive Roasted Garlic mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 clove minced garlic
3 tablespoons We Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions: Mix all ingredients, season to taste. Serve on toasted baguette. Garnish with drizzle of olive oil and chives.
